Refund & Return Policy

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection regulations, Consumer buyers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

1. Scope of the Right of Withdrawal

• Consumers (B2C): The 14-day right of withdrawal without reason applies exclusively to individual consumers and sole proprietors with statutory consumer protection rights.
• Business Entities (B2B): For standard commercial business entities (B2B), statutory withdrawal rights do not apply. Any B2B returns require prior individual written consent from the Seller.
• Personalized / Custom Goods: Products made to special order or customized (e.g., RFID cards/fobs with custom client logo printing) are strictly excluded from return rights.

2. Product Condition & Diminished Value

The Consumer has the right to inspect and test the goods to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning in the same manner as in a physical store.

• Returned products should be sent back complete with all included accessories, mounting elements, cables, manuals, and in their original packaging whenever possible.
• Diminished Value Liability: If the returned product shows signs of use exceeding necessary inspection (e.g., scratches around mounting holes, crimped cables, screw marks, signs of electrical connection, or damaged retail packaging), the Seller reserves the statutory right to reduce the refund amount proportionally to compensate for the product's loss in commercial value.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email with your order number to: sales@biofinger.pl.

You may use any clear written statement declaring your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD / przesyłki za pobraniem) shipments or parcels sent at the recipient's expense. We strongly recommend using tracked courier services.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of returning the goods from the Customer to the Seller is borne entirely by the Buyer, unless the return is due to a recognized defect or warranty claim.

6. Damaged Goods, Warranty & Claims

If you receive a defective item, a shipment damaged during transport, or an incorrect product model, please contact us immediately at sales@biofinger.pl with your order number and photos of the defect. We will arrange a prompt replacement, repair, or full reimbursement at no additional cost to you.

7. Refunds & Reimbursement

• Upon receipt and technical inspection of the returned shipment, we will issue a refund within 14 calendar days.
• The refund will include the cost of the returned products plus the cost of the standard cheapest delivery incurred when the order was originally shipped to the Consumer.
• Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (Shopify Payments / Card / Bank Transfer), unless expressly agreed otherwise.
